The cooking is rooted in Shan State and the flavours of Yunnan, with noodles made by hand each day. The signature Myay Oh Mee Shay is a claypot bowl of rice noodles in rich bone broth with minced meat, tofu and vegetables, and it is the dish that started the restaurant.
